Dear DSU Baseball Supporter,

The 2018 Dakota State University Baseball team is playing in a 100 inning Marathon baseball game on Sunday, October 15”‘ at Flynn Field, home of the Trojans in Madison, SD. The coaching staff and players will play an inter—squad scrimmage of 100 innings of baseball and would greatly appreciate your support and sponsorship in this effort.

The baseball game will be physically and mentally challenging for every single one of us and will further advance team chemistry through perseverance, competition, and camaraderie. You have been selected by DSU Baseball player or coach to donate in support of our players and coaches as they complete the 100 inning marathon. You may either donate per inning (eg.$1.00/inning= $100) or a single donation in support of DSU Baseball and the growth of our program.

Pay your donation online here Make sure you list the player or coach you are supporting in the comments section in the format of ”PIayer/Coach Fullname – 100 Inning/’

The funds raised through this event will help offset travel expenses associated with our annual spring trip which will be March 2-10  2018. This year we are traveling to Louisiana to play against some of the toughest teams in the country. The team building benefits and funds gained during the 100 inning Marathon will better prepare us for the trip and tough competition!

You can reach me at Geoffrey.Schaab@dsu.edu or 703-980-7104 if you have any questions. Thank you for your support to the 2018 Dakota State University Baseball team.

Sincerely,

Geoff Schabb
SU Head Baseball Coach
