Due to changes at the National and State level, we are required to split up player fees into 2 components. BV Component and Springvale Component.
All players are now required to pay the insurance and registration component of their fees directly to Baseball Victoria via the online SportsTG system that administers the fixtures and ladders.
Some people may be aware of this as their winter clubs have been
operating this way for several years, as it is now compulsory
for all players to enter the payment personally the club is no longer able to do it as we have in years past.
So the fees and descriptions for the upcoming season are as follows:
BV component – This goes to Baseball Victoria to cover your Association Registration
Costs and your insurance coverage.

This MUST be paid online by each player, before taking the field for your
first game. The club cannot pay this for you. You also must complete the online forms including filling out all of your details and paying fees before taking the field for your first game. This is because BV are now only using new database information for this coming season. To complete this go to:

Click on the Springvale Baseball Club Link then simply follow the prompts, fill out all your information, tick the player box, make sure you tick on the medical care options and read the disclaimers then pay via credit card or PayPal. For junior players your parents can fill this out by selecting that they are paying for someone else.
Springvale Component – This is used by the club to assist in running of the club, mainly used for things like team entry costs and umpire payments. This can be
paid to Mick Wearne, Mandi Avent or a club official at training or game days. Or you can make a bank transfer to the club Bank
account with the details below.

Uniforms
Senior Uniforms can be ordered through the club. Pants are priced at $65 and Playing tops are $95.
Womens Uniforms are grey baseball pants with a playing top $75 that can be ordered through the club.
All senior uniforms must be paid for before the order will be placed
and it can take 4-6 weeks for uniforms to arrive.
Junior Uniforms are loaned out by the club for a fee of $25
